Understanding Aggressive Outbursts in ASD Children and Adolescents

ASD: Sources and Solutions
A Monthly Workshop Series for parents, educators, and professionals

Differences in the brain organization of ASD children leave them less able to recognize, tolerate, and modulate their emotions, particularly their fear and anxiety, often prompting sudden outbursts of aggression. Transitions, for example, are one such trigger for sudden episodes of anxiety and aggression.

The focus of this workshop will be to explore how a parent, educator, or professional can help!

All are welcome to attend this series of workshops presented by Dr Sherkow.
